In a former department store on Rue Réaumur, Ypséli offers a veritable little corner of Greece, where a modern tavern unfolds. Mezzés, charcoal grills and slow-cooked pita open the meal, before a beef cheek confit with kritharaki and anthotyros, or cod served with revithada. All the classics are here, perfect for discovering Greek cuisine in a simple, carefully prepared version. The wine list, focused on the Hellenic wine scene and extended to include some of our European neighbors, remains coherent and sufficiently varied to accompany all the dishes.
