The Métropole has retained this prestigious Japanese restaurant, established during Joël Robuchon’s tenure, and Yoshi remains a leading light of Japanese cuisine in Monaco. Expect the classics—and even a bento for lunch—a wide-ranging menu to choose from as you please, and a great introduction in the evening with the Aki menu at €149, featuring seared tuna with shiso and ponzu, sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki octopus, miso soup, and a yuzu dessert—all served with finesse in the elegant atmosphere you’d expect.
