Modern and fresh, Yosé is a ceviche bar that looks good on the lively Rue Bonaparte, where people love to taste and travel. Ceviches and tiraditos of sea bream, tuna, crab, prawns, beef and well-stocked full dishes, arroz de mariscos, pork ribs with bbq de chicha morada sauce, beef tenderloin with chimichurri sauce, we're right on trend, right down to the pavlova and dulce de leche chocolate. Good introductory lunch formula at €21.
