Just 300 meters from Nîmes' famous arena, in the city's center, father and son Hervé and Pierre Benoît, who love Greece, decided to recreate the atmosphere of the tavernas on the island of Lesbos, which they know by heart. A blue-and-white ambiance under an alcove ceiling, Greek vases, wooden tables... A change of scenery is guaranteed, right down to the dishes concocted by Chef Yahia El Gourii. Octopus is the signature dish of the house and emblematic of Greece: a Mediterranean octopus cooked then snacked, accompanied by fresh market vegetables. You can also try our hummus and feta dishes, which vary with the seasons. The menu is reinvented every two months, with a starter, main course and dessert, suggestions according to the Chef's whims, and a new daily menu comprising a main course, dessert and coffee. The welcome here is warm and friendly, and when the sun comes out, the terrace, set in a cul-de-sac far from the hustle and bustle of the Roman city, is one of the city's most pleasant places to enjoy fine food and a drink, so yamas!
