The two Klangklong brothers (L'Orchidée in Altkirch) had the good idea of launching this Thai bistro annex a few years ago in Saint-Louis. The concept is clever, with this low-cost trip nonetheless producing great flavours in the dining room or on the pleasant summer terrace: tom yam of wild prawns with coconut-lemongrass emulsion, pollack with yellow curry and Thai rice, pluma of Iberian pig with tamarind sauce, rice pudding with mango... Good formulas from €29 to €69.
