Gourmet Restaurant Benjamin Torrezan's reputation grows stronger every year, and our latest experiences show real progress in the entire service, a sign that the quality of the plate also influences the running of the dining room. Basque products take pride of place on this menu, which revisits the traditional garbure or boudin, and treats us to fine scallops, with a butternut and leek risotto, or very tasty mushroom gnocchi. Pleasant absinthe clementine dessert, committed and efficient service, short wine list with a focus on the Basque country and Spain.
