At the entrance to the rue de la Poissonnerie, the winstub is the first gourmet restaurant in the alley, with its warm summer terrace and Alsatian classics. Nothing very original, but sincere pleasures: onion tart, Arctic char filet with sauce vierge and seasonal vegetables, sauerkraut with edelzwicker, casserole of veal tripe simmered in Riesling, bibeleskæs with sautéed potatoes, smoked ham and munster cheese... A great atmosphere.
