Gourmet Restaurant This is Strasbourg's most famous winstub, whose reputation and authenticity continue to attract gourmets from all over the world. You'll find these elegant salons with their creaky parquet floors, where between the framed photos and beautiful woodwork, the fine traditions of Alsace circulate: presskopf, liver dumplings with cream, calf's head in the style of a pot-au-feu, sauerkraut garnished with five meats, young rooster at low temperature, cream and mushroom sauce, spätzles, a kougelhopf glazed with gewurztraminer marc. Wines by the jug.
