Gourmet Restaurant Michel Hermet's house opposite the arena, in its beautiful art nouveau decor, is an institution to be reckoned with, a brasserie à la nîmoise with an extensive menu to choose from. All the classics, including regional favourites such as brandade, and well-executed bistro treats such as pied de cochon, andouillette or tête de veau gribiche. And if you know how to take your time and appreciate a good bottle, the Master Sommelier's extensive cellar is there for connoisseurs.
