Wine from the region, and from all the great vineyards, always takes pride of place at Michel Hermet's local institution. Tradition, terroir, team spirit and local ambience combine to create a convivial atmosphere. Dishes from the Languedoc or neighbouring regions are served with drinks, including ravioli with brandade, squid à la sétoise, tripe à la provençale and even sauerkraut, in a vast menu that also features offal (andouillette, pig's trotter, calf's head...). A wide choice of classic desserts.
