Chef's Restaurant In this cozy house in the center of the village, Julien Gatillon and his lieutenants have put together a contemporary offering, one that lulls you into the atmosphere of a chic mountain bistro. At the table or counter, the pleasure of being in a place that's talked about, in a good way, with highly mastered flavors in recipes that are both personal and in vogue: lake trout in bellevue and sorrel, rigatonis stuffed with porcini mushrooms and agaric sauce, and roasted langoustines with pumpkin chutney and hazelnut sabayon. The mirabelle plum confit with honey and wild thyme ice cream is a great way to let a €100 bill fly. You can add a little more with the well-sorted Savoy wine cellar and the choice of wines by the glass from €10 to €18. Five-course menus for €135.
