A Parisian institution going back more than a hundred and twenty years, first and foremost a wine cellar and after all, a Parisian bistro, where you can get your fill at any time of day. The menu is simple and practical, with classics to suit all tastes: onion soup au gratin, egg mayonnaise, pâté en croûte by Conquet, beef tartare au couteau, blanquette de veau, entrecôte by Metzger, île flottante and brioche perdue with salted butter caramel.
