Gault&Millau's review 2026

This is one of the city's most exciting wine cellars, offering no less than four thousand wines and spirits to suit every taste. The team knows its catalog inside out, and offers excellent advice, adapting to the customer's desires and circumstances. To accompany the glasses, the chef offers a good bistronomy, small dishes to share and real cuisine: melon gaspacho and burrata, breaded eggplant, sauce vierge and herb salad, poultry saltimbocca, polenta and sage jus, earl grey tea mousse, red fruit and sumac pepper coulis. Excellent choice by the glass (Mélanie Pfister, Kreydenweiss, Fondrèche, Tempier, Alain Graillot, Ganevat...).
