The team knows its catalog inside out, and offers excellent advice, adapting to the customer's desires and circumstances. To accompany the glasses, the chef offers a good bistronomy, small dishes to share and real cuisine: melon gaspacho and burrata, breaded eggplant, sauce vierge and herb salad, poultry saltimbocca, polenta and sage jus, earl grey tea mousse, red fruit and sumac pepper coulis.
