Gourmet Restaurant A cheerful bistro where friends come together to try and empty the cellar with its 1,000 references. The team is well-rehearsed, the owner knows his way around the cellar and the service adapts to each customer with efficiency. The lunch menu is very inviting, and the à la carte dishes are as varied as they should be, with results to be encouraged: knife-edge tartare with waffle apples, grilled sea bream that's fairly ordinary, but well supported by the caramelized watermelon and virgin sauce. The best option, given the plethora of wines in the cellar, is to choose the bottle, then the dishes that will suit. A toque this year.
