Gourmet Restaurant

It’s one of the best wine bars in town and an excellent market-style restaurant—two strong reasons to spend the evening there. Always bustling, especially in the summer, the restaurant offers the chance to discover Gilles Claret’s contemporary, seasonal dishes. The €53 set menu is well-balanced, featuring a bean salad with peaches and nectarines, seasoned with lemon and almonds and harissa; a duck breast, a crispy confit duck leg, zucchini and blackberries, a reduced sauce with fermented red berries, and finally a Japanese lemon roll with black sesame praline, a cloud of lemon, and basil sorbet. A superb wine cellar with over four thousand selections.
