A pupil, like so many others, of Marc Veyrat, Vincent Favre-Félix has chosen to stay close to this lake that local children find so hard to leave. He, a former rugby player in the south-west, has returned to the Col de la Forclaz of his childhood to take over the family home, where he works with elegance and personality on the region's finest products, such as omble-chevalier and alpine cheeses.
