Like the other three Vin&Marée outlets, this boulevard Murat address offers reliable, regular service in a chic, sober setting. Fish, of course, is the star of the menu, which also makes a few infidelities to the ocean, such as an organic tartar (Metzger) or a duck leg confit with Sarladaises apples. However, we prefer the whole grilled sea bass or the sole bretonne à la plancha, two dishes included in the €49 "Grand Menu". Generous seafood platters.
