Alexandre Lechêne is an up-and-coming figure in Provencal gastronomy, bringing this beautiful town-center townhouse to life. The tone is almost solemn, with high ceilings, gilded mirrors and moldings contrasting with contemporary furnishings. The chef's ambitious, technically convincing gourmet cuisine celebrates Provence through local dishes. There are three seasonal menus, from €75 to €115, from three to six courses.
