Gault&Millau's review 2025

This was one of our discoveries last year, and has since been confirmed by those we are fortunate enough to inspire, and by a well-deserved public success. Alexandre Lechêne is undoubtedly a chef of the future, and we'll have great pleasure in following this house, with its ineffable patrician atmosphere. Three attractive seasonal menus, from €63 to €103, and a tempting €26 l'Atelier Salone, the bistro version.
