Chef's Restaurant Close to Rambouillet, a beautiful bourgeois mansion with a well-appointed interior. Myriam, the chef's wife, welcomes guests warmly, and her husband offers classic cuisine based on seasonal produce, with a well-balanced menu and, for the more curious, the Inspiration surprise menu: marinated and smoked Scottish salmon, seasoned avocado; pan-seared sea bream, white asparagus and comté cheese; a melt-in-the-mouth veal shank compote on mashed potatoes; and to finish, a choice of three desserts: mango tatin, minute waffle or strawberry gariguette with rhubarb confit. Everything is well done, with no surprises, attentive service and a wine list focused on the great regions.
