A chic and relaxing spot just outside the city, well known to Perpignan residents seeking serenity and comfort. The service is professional, the tables are beautifully set, and the good news is that the chef today is Pascal Borrell, a well-known figure in the Catalan restaurant scene. The two toques are well-deserved, thanks to an appealing menu deeply rooted in the region: marbled foie gras with Byrrh and roasted figs, longline-caught hake with haddock and guanciale mashed potatoes, veal sweetbreads with brown butter, roasted pear with verbena and Bourbon vanilla, chocolate sauce… A fine wine cellar for connoisseurs featuring selections from across the region and beyond, with about ten wines available by the glass.
