Gault&Millau's review 2026

A Catalan institution that provides a regular base for business meals and local ceremonies. Chef Mickael Meunier masters his subject, even if we'd like him to go a little further than this fine hotel cuisine: foie gras mi-cuit au muscat de Rivesaltes, veal sweetbreads with banyuls sauce, leg of lamb confit aux herbes jus romarin, lemon pavlova. Daily market menu at €38.
