Gault&Millau's review 2026

A Catalan institution that regularly hosts business lunches and local celebrations. The chef is a master of his craft, though we’d like him to go a bit beyond this fine hotel cuisine: semi-cured foie gras with Rivesaltes Muscat, sweetbreads in Banyuls sauce, confit leg of lamb with herbs and rosemary jus, lemon pavlova. For everyday dining, the Marché menu is €38.
