Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the chic avenue Bosquet, the table can only be elegant. Vesper's interior design, welcome, choice of cocktails and trendy à la carte menu are all there for the taking. Sushi bar in the evening, fusion cuisine with an Asian twist: duck gyozas in a spicy broth, crying tiger, karaage fried chicken with chimichurri sauce, pork belly with okonomiyaki sauce. The black cod miso evokes the style of the house, recalling the 2000s and the awakening of an international cuisine that still flourishes. Nice clientele creating a happy few atmosphere.
