A contemporary, almost futuristic decor is the prelude to a highly personalized tasting experience in great comfort: semi-cooked tuna loin in beef broth with mandarin and pomelo jelly, lean pork steak with chestnut and truffle oil coulis, pike quenelle with parsley, tuberous chervil and cured ham, Jaeger squab, roast supremes with beet confit and pistachio sauce with truffle jus...
