Nestled in the heart of the vineyards south of Colmar, this beautiful, young winery—run by Camille and Tristan Weinling— a “Grand de Demain 2024” awardee, is on the rise and brimming with creativity, thanks to the chef’s Alsatian-Reunionese cultural background and the enthusiasm of this young couple, whom we first met in Petite France. The set menu—which is essentially a fixed experience—offers a unique journey through the chef’s culinary world for €85. And since the menu is a secret, there’s no need to consult a drink menu; the restaurant takes care of everything with paired drinks—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—ranging from two to six glasses.
