Proving the adage "when you stop at random in Corsica, you eat well, unlike on the mainland", you can confidently make a stop at the entrance to Patrimonio. This is real cuisine, meticulous and varied (there are pizzas, wild boar stufatu, cheese fritters...), but a simple dish of mussel and clam pasta becomes a pleasure, after a respectable charcuterie, calamari à la bastiaise or a traditional dish from the repertoire, and before a heartfelt fiadone. The owner knows how to welcome and serve with kindness and attention, and the patrimonio wines are part of the festivities.
