On the menu, for example, charcuterie, fritters of fresh farmhouse cheese from Canavaghja, risotto with figatellu, cannelloni with brocciu, Tigre de rôti veal with forest mushrooms in cream and potato gratin with tomme from Maison Rogliano, or a moelleux with nuciola.
