Gault&Millau's review 2026

The city's benchmark neo-pizza joint has been livening up the area for the past three years. Not just a pizzeria, but a meeting place for the right kind of taste, with a much more extensive menu than is customary in this genre: sautéed calamari mascarpone with lime and tarragon emulsion, confit veal chuck with parsnip mousseline or grilled octopus are a pleasant complement to the beautiful l'Avare pizza, with marinated tuna and smoked burrata avocado cream. Cool atmosphere of regulars, service in the right tone, fair and smiling.
