Pizza 2.0 with "type 55" flour, a modern, efficient oven, and the fruits of Mediterranean imagination of the highest quality. Add a few dishes of the moment, such as grilled calamari with mascarpone cream and Nice squash, or confit veal chuck with mashed potatoes and meat juices, and you've got a great lunch menu for a pleasant moment on the doorstep of the old town.
