Since its opening, the establishment has won over Brest residents looking for something new. The founders, Pierrick and Matthias, who are passionate about gastronomy, wanted to create a warm and welcoming place where every dish respects their motto, "simple but delicious", and reflects their commitment to offering convivial cuisine. Their commitment to quality is reflected in the rigorous selection of ingredients. The pizza dough is made with flours from the Minoterie Francès in Bohars, guaranteeing a light, fluffy and easily digestible texture, similar to "a little cloud", according to delighted customers. As for the fillings, they combine vegetables from local markets with cheeses and cured meats from Campania and Puglia. Thanks to its straightforward flavours and assertive identity, Ty Gusto generously breaks the mould. A Neapolitan stopover... without leaving Brest.
