A prominent, well-placed and unifying table. There's no mistaking the ocean and seafood program: the menu is self-explanatory, offering freshness and variety: oysters from Cap Ferret, periwinkles and shrimps, langoustines and clams, crab and mussels from Spain for well-stocked plates and platters. A complementary menu includes fish of the day a la plancha, sole, octopus and beef with Iruléguy sauce.
