The fishmonger is there, a godsend shared by tourists and locals alike to enjoy this pretty square. All the fish dishes are well done, with a classic and even basic approach, but which has its qualities, notably that of maintaining its prices. Toque confirmed for the cream of cauliflower and diced foie gras, sole a la plancha and Mamia with Ascain butter.
