Gault&Millau's review 2026

A discreet Franco-Japanese interlude a stone's throw from Gare de Lyon. The cuisine blends sobriety and precision: crispy prawns with ponzu mayonnaise, melt-in-your-mouth Black Angus onglet, and a yuzu vacherin that's as graphic as it is refreshing. Japanese inspiration is subtly present throughout the menu, with its careful textures and balanced seasonings. In the dining room, service is fluid and precise, with a delicate restraint reminiscent of the Japanese spirit. A sober, creative escape between Paris and Tokyo, to be enjoyed at lunchtime for €38.
