A delightful Franco-Japanese dining experience near Gare de Lyon. The dishes take you on a lovely round-trip journey, drawing on both Japanese and French traditions. The dishes are perfectly balanced: ikejimé bluefin tuna with an anchovy-based Niçoise-style salad; a duck breast pie with foie gras and salad; a grilled pork loin with artichoke, chorizo, sun-dried tomatoes, grilled onion, and wasabi; and a strawberry dessert with vanilla espuma, a light kirsch, pistachio ice cream, almond biscuit, and strawberry coulis. Good service.
