Authentic Japanese cuisine, fresh and of the highest quality, faithful to Japanese classics: a variety of tempuras, grilled yakitoris and signature makis such as negitoro or shakekawa, perfectly mastered and with balanced textures. The atmosphere is lively and convivial, with close-knit tables, appetizing aromas and the raw charm typical of a place "in its element". The simple, exotic decor evokes a discreet Japan in the heart of the 14th arrondissement. The service is direct and efficient: no maître d'hôtel or sommelier, but a manager attentive to the menu and tasting advice. The team is polite, but not very involved in customer relations. The wine list is limited, compensated by a few sakés, sochus and Japanese beers.
