Just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, nestled in the elegant Hôtel Norman, Thiou enjoys a very Parisian urban setting, but also a bucolic touch in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The menu features Thai cuisine faithful to the chef's classics: crying tiger, phad thaï, shrimp ravioli with lemongrass, crispy soft shell crab. While the overall effect is pleasant and efficient, the cuisine remains restrained, and we prefer to return for a more affordable lunch menu. An extensive but classic wine list, with a good choice of cocktails and other beverages, all supported by professional, smiling and well-paced service.
