Gault&Millau's review 2026

This Terminal is nicer than an airport, more festive than a station concourse, more fun than a port hangar. It's the Pourcel-style loft, inimitable enough and so well designed by the two brothers that you just have to bow your head. The kitchen has lost some of its character over the years, but not the ambiance, nor the variety of dishes on offer, from aperitifs and cocktails to grilled meats and a contemporary cuisine that's as well thought-out as ever, such as the truffle gnocchi fricassee, a plate of veal, grenadin, burger and crisp, cream of carrot with orange, dried porcini jus, and a cabbage cracker topped with a praline mousse, peanut, passion fruit confit, mango passion fruit sorbet. Bluffly efficient and smiling service, literally blending into the insiders' club atmosphere, with an extensive cellar to suit all tastes.
