A typical, formatted sign of Petite France, and more precisely of this lively rue des Dentelles. The amateur tourist will easily identify this house with its painted letters and little curtains to learn about local specialties: Alsatian snails, spaetzle gratin with munster cheese, waedele on a bed of cabbage, bouchée à la reine, bibeleskäs and "kolossale choucroute". Alsace wine by the glass or pitcher, at €11 for a demi d'edel, for example.
