The amateur tourist will easily identify this house with its painted letters and little curtains to learn about local specialties: Alsatian snails, spaetzle gratin with munster cheese, waedele on a bed of cabbage, bouchée à la reine, bibeleskäs and "kolossale choucroute". Alsace wine by the glass or pitcher, at €11 for a demi d'edel, for example.
