Gourmet Restaurant In the square of this village on the banks of the Marne, we find Sylvain Suty, comfortably installed in his house with its white and orange walls, which surround a reputable bistronomic table. The €39 menu delivers on its promise, with a regressive and very French onion tart, morels in yellow wine and parmesan, cod with Champagne lentils, crispy gnocchi and fish stock, and a generous beef parmentier with red wine and pan-fried foie gras escalope.
