Designed by Carine, this cocoon plays the intimacy card: antique parquet flooring, moldings and weathered mirrors, enhanced by a touch of modernity, make up a Parisian decor that invites you to take your time. In the kitchen, the score is resolutely gourmet. Each plate seeks the right balance between sweet and savoury, between freshness and indulgence: an à la carte brunch where flavours respond to each other, where acidity underlines roundness, and where textures are carefully crafted. On the menu, specialty coffees prepared using the gentle method and espresso with the team's latte art know-how, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, generous pancakes with bacon or salmon, savory croissant, avocado tartine with ricotta and blackberries, hummus toast...
