Paris is fortunate to have a significant number of top-flight sushi restaurants. In just a few years, Tomoyuki Yoshinaga has built up a solid reputation, based not only on his personal talent, derived from his many years of training, notably at Okuda, but also on the pure, unique style of his flawless service. The ten guests seated around the master, at the counter, are often well-informed tasters, and the scene offered to them, an Omakase menu at €330, corresponds to their expectations. Only five evenings, but with two possible times: 7pm and 9:30pm. To enable other audiences to enjoy the initiatory journey, the izakaya Omasake offers an interesting tasting, rather creative on traditional bases (satsuma-age, tamago, chu-maki, wagyu in tataki and eel tartar...), and matched by a tasting of sakes from a rigorous and extensive selection.
