Remarkable Restaurant A sushi counter and sake bar, Yoshinaga's secret cocoon is typical of certain Tokyo addresses that have nothing to say or attract. So you'll pass this anonymous building without a glance, only the initiated crossing the threshold to sample some of Paris's finest sushi upstairs. Everything has been meticulously thought through: the furniture, the ceramics and, of course, the goldsmith's work of chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga, trained at Okuda and delivering heavenly manna to the dozen or so privileged guests gathered at the counter. Business being business, you'll be charged the €330 for each menu if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation "even in the case of Covid".
