Gault&Millau's review 2026

All the assets and trappings of a great sushi table. The counter, the sushi master, discretion, courtesy, that ineffable part of the mystery of communion between initiates. The Omakase menu is well-suited to a total dinner experience at €280, but the lunch menu at €150 makes an excellent introduction, with starter, sashimi, main course, sushi and dessert, especially as it is served on Sundays, lunchtime and evening.
