Gourmet Restaurant An interesting new restaurant in the north of the département, opened by Charles Do Vale with chef Bruno Taurel at the helm. A successful contemporary setting in a traditional house, a menu still cautious in today's consensual fashion, but solid enough to earn a first toque: sea bream ceviche, vitello tonnato octopus watercress and chimichurri, fillet of beef cauliflower and almond.
