This is the fresh pasta spot on rue Saint-Augustin, run by Arthur Dumait and chef Victor Chalumeau. Here, the focus is on the sugo, or sauce, prepared according to the rules of the art, with the best of the transalpine product and traditional know-how. The concept isn't revolutionary, but the pleasure is real: real plates of pasta, alla puttanesca, alla carbonara, pesto rosso, all'arrabiatta, lasagne, cacio e peppe and pasta all'amatriciana.
