Gourmet Restaurant In this simple trattoria, no culinary revolution, just pasta and more pasta, the theme and "plus produit" being "sugo", i.e. sauces. The idea came from Arthur Dumait, not Italian, but passionate about products and transalpine cuisine, who entrusted the kitchen to a childhood friend, Victor Chalumeau. The concept is based on traditional recipes with generous plates, gourmet sauces and reasonable prices, using local ingredients. No menu, just a short menu featuring polpettes, amatricciana, guanciale, pecorino romano and a weekly menu to vary the pasta of the day, puttanesca, carbonara, burro salvia limone, lasagne, salsiccia, ruggine, carciofi.... Small selection of desserts (chocolate roll cake a little dry), small Italian wine list, relaxed service.
