Gourmet Restaurant Giovanni Spataro and Salvina Buttaci's restaurant once again demonstrates that there's more to Italian cuisine than cucina povera, with its carefully crafted transalpine-inspired gastronomy. The plates are beautiful, as is the place, expressing a finesse of spirit, delicacy and pleasant associations, where products from Burgundy and Italy come together with ease. On the menu, a plate of foie gras with rhubarb, blueberry and red cabbage, jus with maniguette pepper, spaghettone gragnano with mussels, clams, garlic and zucchinis, sweetbreads with peas, Sicilian prawns and reduced jus, roasted apricot with vanilla cream and elderflower. Formulas from €22 to €62.
