Gault&Millau's review 2026

Two years after opening, Giovanni and Salvina's Sublime Idea is a success: Italian-sounding gastronomy with local products, in the heart of the city. Prices are high, but even the classic dishes are original in their quality, such as vitello tonnato, asparagus risotto with arugula pesto, and beef tenderloin with teriyaki jus. At lunchtime, we limit the cost with a good €35 formula. Attractive sober decor, pleasant terrace and attentive service.
