Gault&Millau's review 2025

A new team, led by new owner Olivier Gouin, has created a dynamic that regulars appreciate, while complimenting a seasonal, local menu that gets straight to the point. Chef Sébastien Nouveau's €30 lunch menu includes yellowtail ceviche with granny melon and red onion, squid tagliatelle with fennel fondue and leeks with sage, roast pork presa with zucchini and pâtisson, and poached apricot cheesecake with olive confit ice cream. The toque returns naturally, with new ambitions.
