The place is so pretty, it's hard to resist. Right in the heart of the bustle, this charming arbour is waiting to welcome you (if you've booked in advance, as it's obviously full to bursting in season). The menu is tailor-made for tourists, who come to taste Corsica as they imagine it, with stuffed eggplants, breaded chicken with Cervione hazelnuts, veal stew with porcini mushrooms and olives, and corn polenta. There are also a few vegetarian dishes on trend (eggplant fiadone omelette with fresh mint) and a varied cellar.
