This welcoming restaurant, located between the Cochin hospital and the Santé prison, puts a smile on our faces. Behind the ivory-colored facade, a blue-and-white dining room is as pleasant as the service. For lunch, chef Justin Brohm offers two menus: €49 and €59, and €89 for dinner. On this day, the €59 menu includes morel ravioli, wild garlic and old Comté cheese, followed by red mullet, cime di rapa and saffron, then suckling lamb, semolina and black garlic, and finally rice pudding, lime and sorrel. This cuisine is reminiscent of its Alsatian origins, but also leaves room for a broader horizon. The small wine list proposed by the sommelier goes perfectly with this cuisine (Touraine Grange Thiphaine, Hermitage from the Tardieu family...).
