Gourmet Restaurant One of the addresses to watch in Old Lyon, led by a determined and diligent Sarah Hamza, defending a personal vision of Mediterranean cuisine. The food and the place are refreshing, with plates that are as well prepared as they are relevant: potato julienne, shiitake cream and hay emulsion, trout roe, a dish of squid, mussels and risotto, or a pastilla of chuck, feta, red cabbage chutney, mustard, pomegranate and creamy cauliflower, or medjoul dates in tempura and grapefruit curd. Good service.
