On the emblematic Place Saint-Paul, Sarah Hamza's young table is a real attraction, free from local bouchons and tradition, while retaining a good technical background in the service of flavors and recipes oriented towards natural seasonal, vegetal and Mediterranean ingredients: white bean stew with black sesame and pointed cabbage, sunflower seed risotto with watercress and shiitake ribot milk, caramel miso pannacotta with ginger turmeric crumble, in a pleasant insider's atmosphere.
