A friendly Japanese bistro in the heart of the Marais district, where you can rediscover izakaya cuisine in a simple, warm setting. Recipes have sometimes been given a more European twist, to be discovered on the slate as the seasons change: BBQ salad, shiso coulis, huancaina and peanut sauce, red mullet à la flamme and tartare, sobacha and umeboshi condiment, spicy tuna sushi, chicken karaage, chimichurri and teriyaki, yuzu mochi, strawberry cream and strawberries. Very good service.
