Gourmet Restaurant After working together with Christophe Bacquié, then Fabien Ferré, in Le Castellet, Adrien and Valentine decided to take their adventure to this emblematic Haut-Var village. Their four-handed cooking, in this pleasant house in the center of town, is already seductive and reflects their two personalities, with a modern menu that keeps its promises: pan-fried foie gras with seasonal vegetables, chicken broth and Aups truffle, stuffed green cabbage with melting vegetables, sweet-spice perfumed broth, beef fillet with Perigueux sauce and truffle purée, lavender pollen honey soufflé and wax ice cream. Attractive almond-green setting, attentive service and local wines.
