Adrien and Valentine opened this modern space in the heart of the Haut-Var capital, after enriching experiences at Bacquié and Ferret. The couple has a good vision and ensures that ideas are well executed, on miso leeks, candied egg yolk, almond and green oil, poached salmon, hollandaise sauce, roasted Jerusalem artichoke and verbena, beef fillet with Aups truffle, melting potatoes and celery, Périgueux sauce, crunchy, melting chocolate, praline ice cream and Aups truffle.
