Chef's Restaurant Everything is hidden and secret in this restaurant dedicated to surprises and riddles for a clientele that is very keen on this ceremonial. Kosuke Nabeta has two passions, cooking and ceramics, both of which he displays with fervor in his two large menus, at €95 for eight courses at lunchtime and €150 for ten courses in the evening. You'll be amazed, you'll enjoy it, but you'll also have to accept the many constraints when you make your reservation, and many of your guests will naturally embrace this cultural discovery. Well-stocked cellar, with wines from all regions and sake.
