The secret is well-kept at Kosuke Nabeta, with its hidden menus and a cozy, intimate atmosphere inaccessible to the uninitiated. The young chef combines his passions—ceramics and cooking, form and substance—to create a world where energy flows freely, both between the front-of-house and kitchen teams and with the guests. The main evening menu is €150 for ten courses, while the Chef’s Table menu is €160.
