Just two minutes from the Place du Parlement, this Soif is one of the center's fine bistros, distinguished above all by its beautiful natural cellar, which will delight wine lovers. Between two well-chosen glasses (Valentin Morel, Gramenon, Labet, Robert-Denogent, Alexandre Bain...), the kitchens deliver a fine market menu, serious in execution and modern in spirit: cockles from Croisic in a yellow wine marinière and beef cecina, a quail from the Campet house, confit legs, breaded supremes, batavia and reduced jus, a brioche perdu, caramel with old banyuls vinegar and lemon zest. However, the quality of the service was disappointing, as the waiter clearly didn't feel like being here that day.
