Chef's Restaurant Delighting customers with truffles all year round, this pretty table with its sheltered terrace on the tennis court offers a high standard of service and an engaging recital in its 6-course menu: truffle mise en bouche, salmon, squid ink risotto, pigeon or beef fillet with truffle purée and cep jus, truffled Brie de Meaux and honey apricot with pistachio ice cream. There are plenty of regulars, and the sequence is mastered in the traditional way.
