For the past ten years, we've been championing the simple Turkish cuisine that didn't wait for the doner craze to catch on. Sincere and inexpensive, the menu offers nothing but this well-worked simplicity, with tarama and börek, lamb with honey, pistachio minced beef, kebabs, eggplant bayaldi and baklava.
