Chef's Restaurant Shabour's success continues unabated, and Asaf Granit's table needs no further advertising. In fact, the best thing you can do to find out more is simply to make a reservation, the only possible click on the restaurant's website. Then just close your eyes and take a trip with this brilliant team, who put on a show every night (and twice at lunch on weekends), taking you along for the ride. Over time, the price of a ticket to attend and be part of the show (the best is at the counter to keep up with the general hustle and bustle) rises gently and surely (from €96 four years ago to €144 today, a 50% improvement), but that's inflation, it's Paris, it's fashion and everyone wants it. With each service, a "vibrant" cuisine, as today's press puts it, with Mediterranean and Levantine influences, playing with spices, herbs, fruit and vegetables with a real sense of successful marriage and staging.
