Remarkable Restaurant Now road captain, the energetic Marie-Aude Vieira safely leads the marvellous house built stone by stone with Serge. On the outskirts of the town, the house backing onto the Château du Couffour shines as brightly as ever, and the futuristic lines of this astonishing construction have never looked so modern. In the kitchen, we find the faithful Aurélien Gransagne, whose cuisine, at once chiselled and contemporary, regional and sometimes rustic, perfectly matches the style of this house, sublimating Mediterranean sea bass and pak choi cabbage or paying a vibrant tribute to the local star, Aubrac beef combined with artichoke. Magnificent wine list, dedicated service at all times.
