Wine lovers can continue their Septime experience at the buvette, located nearby on the corner of Rue Basfroi. Here, the focus is first and foremost on wine, which is perfectly complemented by the food and promises excellent pairings. The menu is spot-on: Ardèche sausage, rabbit terrine, white asparagus from the Landes region with mimosa vinaigrette, or pea hummus with feta and panca. The wine cellar offers a fine selection.
